Jaen is about 100 kms. North of Manila. Situated in the southern part of Nueva Ecija. Bounded in the mortheast by Sta.Rosa; Northwest by Zaragosa; South by San Isidro,  East by  San Leonardo and West by San Antonio,  all Municipalities of Nueva Ecija.

Land Area; 11,800 hectares a) 471.72 has or 3.71 percent – urban area b) 11,328.28 has or 96.29 percent rural area.
